Plan your finishing and coating project

Specify the finish you need

Textile finishing changes appearance, feel or performance after fabric or garment production. Describe the fiber, construction, quantity, intended use and desired effect. Ask a finishing specialist to assess suitability and prepare a representative sample before committing an order.

Textile Finishes

Compare finishes and test the result

Providers may offer softening, enzyme or other washes, distressing, coatings, pigment effects and transfers. Availability depends on the fiber, construction and equipment; the names alone do not define an identical result across suppliers.

Provide a physical or visual reference and agree on the required feel, appearance, dimensions and relevant performance. Ask how the treatment may affect color, strength or care requirements, then approve a sample. Confirm minimum orders, preparation, finishing charges, packing, shipping and estimated lead time.

Request a specialty finishing quote

Describe the fabric or garments, quantity and desired finish. Include a reference, location and deadline. Confirm sample approval, full pricing, care instructions and the provider’s terms before arranging production.
